The brand architecture & lifestyle philosophy is inspired by the naturally abundant & elegant persona of Long Island homes & harvest. 1640 Bistronomy is our gastronomy bistro, where seasonal chef driven menus are served, lovingly made with produce sourced from local farms & imports from select partner farms & butcheries around the world.

Founder

With her accumulative experience of almost 20 years in F&B, 1640 Bistronomy has been in the making for a few years. “We are a proudly home-grown gastronomical bistro & culinary hub and the region’s first all year round pop-up venue for showcasing new F&B creations within a busy F&B unit. Inspired by the expansive pursuit of good life, food & drinks, & superlative dreams & my 20 years of developing concepts & brands for Dubai & the world, I believe it’s time for a space that not only provides the city with a great dining experience but also nurtures entrepreneurial spirit by providing an affordable pre-launch solution for start-up home grown restaurants within a full-fledged experiential F&B unit.
